These terms govern your use of business.brandsornot.com ("the Site"), operated by the Brands Or Not studio, the trade name of Tom Wininger, an Israeli exempt dealer ("the Studio", "we"). By browsing the Site or submitting the contact form you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes the Studio's services: brand, strategy and messaging, websites, decks, launch and content, offered to GTM and strategy consultants and their clients. This information is general. Contacting us through the Site, WhatsApp or email does not create an engagement; a binding engagement exists only under a signed agreement or quote between the parties.

Content on the Site is general and provided for information and inspiration. It is not business, legal or marketing advice tailored to you and does not promise any commercial result.
