01Scope and standard
This statement covers business.brandsornot.com, operated by the Brands Or Not studio. The Site was built in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities law and its accessibility regulations (2013), Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
02What we have done
- Semantic structure of headings, regions and lists for screen-reader navigation.
- Page language set for assistive technologies.
- Text alternatives for all informative images and videos; decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Labelled form fields, with error and confirmation messages announced to screen readers.
- Attention to text/background contrast and readable typefaces.
- Responsive layout for mobile, tablet and desktop, with support for browser zoom.
- Background video and animations can be paused, and are disabled for visitors who set "reduce motion" on their device.
03Known limitations
- Some portfolio images contain text as part of the design; their alternative text describes what is shown rather than every word.
- Portfolio and showreel videos have no speech, so they have no transcript.
- External services we link to, such as WhatsApp and Instagram, are outside our control.
04Browsers and assistive technology
The Site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, and to work with screen readers and operating-system accessibility settings.
