Brands Or Not is a brand, strategy, web and content studio based in Tel Aviv, Israel ("the Studio", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect on business.brandsornot.com ("the Site"), why, who we share it with and what your rights are. By using the Site you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please do not submit personal information.

03Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, firm or practice, phone and/or email, and your message.
- WhatsApp or email: the details and content you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
- On every visit: technical data needed to serve and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser and device type and time of access, kept by our hosting provider.
- Only if you accept cookies: usage statistics (pages viewed, where you came from, whether you submitted the form) and Meta advertising identifiers. See section 06.
- In your browser (local storage): your cookie choice, which is not sent to us.
04Do you have to give us information?
No law requires you to. Without a name and a way to reach you, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry. Fields marked as optional are not required.
05How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and manage a business relationship with you.
- To measure how the Site is used and how our advertising performs, and to improve both (only with cookie consent).
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and comply with the law.
We will only send you marketing emails if you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.
06Cookies, analytics and advertising
A banner on the Site lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Until you accept, these tools are not activated. If you decline, the Site works as usual. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics (Google): aggregated usage statistics.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measuring visits and enquiries in order to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads, including audience matching.
Google and Meta process this data under their own policies: Google · Meta.
07Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers working for us, and only as needed for their service:

We may also disclose information where required by law or a competent authority, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or transfer of the Studio's business, provided the recipient is bound by this policy.
08International transfers
Some providers store and process data outside Israel, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Transfers are made to established providers that are committed to protecting the data, in line with Israeli privacy regulations on transferring data abroad. If you are in the EU or UK, please note that some providers operate in the US under their own transfer safeguards.
09Security
The Site uses HTTPS, service credentials are kept server-side only, and access to enquiries is limited to Studio staff who need it. We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
10How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch and for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or the law requires longer retention. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's retention periods.
11Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it, or to restrict how we use it.
- Opt out of any marketing.
- Withdraw cookie consent at any time via "Cookie settings".
Write to tom@brandsornot.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may ask for details to confirm the request is yours. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
12Children
The Site is intended for business users aged 16 and over. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
13Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; material changes will be posted on the Site.
